Beef Curry Masala
You need a break from whole week’s tiring work hours & search for some easy & quick ways to make everyone’s weekend great at home. Here’s another simpler recipe to be tried at your kitchen especially after eid ul adha.
All you need for this mouthwatering dish is very simple regularly used spices. As
Beef - half kg
Salt - 1.5 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Coriander powder - half teaspoon
Cumin seeds - one pinch
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 stick (small sized)
Cardamoms - 2
Oil half cup
Garlic ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Yougart - 2 tablespoons
Onion - 3 (medium sized + chopped)
Directions:
Put oil in a pan & add chopped tomatoes ,garlic ginger paste , cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamons & bay leaf. Fry these ingredients in medium flame for two minutes. Now add all spices - salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder & coriander powder . Cook for one more minute.
After adding beef & Yougart, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add one glass of water & cook meat in steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Now check if meat is finely tendered. Add 3 chopped onions & cooks for further 15 minutes ( or until water gets dried) on medium low flame. Cover it with a lid & rest it for 5 minutes on low flame until oil starts getting separate from curry masala. Chopped Onion remains slightly grilled which adds flavor to the deliciousness of this unique dish.
Beef Curry masala is ready. Dish out & garnish with fresh coriander leaves + chaat masala. Serve it with milky naan & mint raaita.
