Crispy Weekend Mornings

 Weekends are made to be spent leisurely. The moods may swing on weekends & all just depend on the very start of the day if you get light & good you own a great one.

For all ladies -working ones+ house wives- you can lighten the whole day offering a yummicious breakfast. You have many options & sometimes get confuse to choose the right one. Try some of my Menus & make your weekend special.

Quick Chicken Malai Handi

All you need is :

Chicken boneless - 1 breast

Onion - half cup (chopped)

Tomato - 4 (sliced)

Green Chilly - 4 (chopped)

Garlic Ginger Paste - half tea spoon

Capsicum - half cup ( sliced )

Salt - 2 tea spoon

Black pepper - half tea spoon

Red chilly powder - half tea spoon

Coriander powder - half tea spoon

Fresh Yougart - half cup

Fresh cream - half cup

Mint leaves - for garnishing

Directions:

Grind tomatoes in half cup of yougart with all spices - salt, pepper, red chilly powder, coriander powder.

Cut the chicken breast in small cubes & sauté it with chopped onion & green chillies on medium high flame using half cup of oil. After twi minutes add slices capsicum + garlic ginger paste & cook for further 1 minute.

Add tomato+yougart puree & cover it with a lid. Cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes.

Add 3 table spoons of water in half cup of cream & whisk it well. 

When puree gets dry add cream over it & cook on low flame for 3 minutes. 

Simple but delicious malai handi is ready . Dish out & garnish with mint leaves. 

Serve it with lacchey daar paratha / square crispy paratha.
